1. Proprietary Rights and Intellectual Property All contents, information, architectures, protocols, systems, software code, graphic designs, interfaces, and methodologies (“Materials”) presented on the HAIE ecosystem (haie.italyidentity.it) are the exclusive property of the founding entities: GARD (Global Alliance for Renaissance and Digitalization), Futuro Italia, and Superlab Technologies Italy.

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Materials—including, but not limited to, patents, utility models, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, industrial designs, and know-how—are protected under Italian, European, and International Intellectual Property laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or public display of these Materials, in whole or in part, without the express written consent of the rights holders, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of applicable law.

2. Trade Secrets and Confidentiality The HAIE ecosystem contains proprietary technical architectures, cognitive models, and system methodologies that are considered Trade Secrets.
